If you've found this page, it means you almost certainly don't need the stock explanation below about what Bike4Chai is. You know that this, G-d willing, will be my 11th Bike4Chai ride, in memory of Sari Ort, an incredible young woman taken from us at the age of 12. Please see the videos below of her, and about her, because my words will not do her justice. You also know that, since 2018, I ride in memory of my sister, Meredith Farrell, a child life therapist and art therapist who passed away after complications with double lung & bone marrow transplants.

Thanks for putting up with my incessant fundraising emails and posts, feeble attempts at humor, and social media posts of me in spandex. I can't appropriately thank all of you who make my ride a reality by your generous contributions, and help me honor these two inspirational women.

Every mile I ride and every dollar I raise will help support critical programs and services for more than 6,000 families impacted by illness, crisis, and loss. These services include counseling and case management, meals delivered to hospitals and homes, transportation to medical appointments, emergency financial assistance, insurance advocacy, i-Shine afterschool programming, Big Brothers/Sisters, crisis and trauma intervention, and Chai Lifeline’s flagship medically-supervised summer programs, Camp Simcha, Camp Simcha Special, and Camp Simcha Without Borders. I’ve committed to raising $10,001 for this important cause and I hope I can count on you to help me reach my goal.
