This summer, I am excited to be participating in Bike4Chai, a cycling event that raises funds for Chai Lifeline, an organization that provides vital support and services to children and families facing serious illness.
This year, I am dedicating my ride to Dovid Mordechai ben Bayla Rivka, our 3-year-old nephew, who has been bravely fighting a serious disability. We are inspired by his strength and determination, and we want to do everything we can to support him and his incredible parents, Sruly and Bayla Berman. We have seen first-hand the instrumental efforts of Chai Lifeline, in helping make a challenging situation manageable. Chai Lifeline is an organization that provides a range of critical services, including counseling, meals delivered to hospitals and homes, emergency financial assistance, insurance advocacy and recreational activities, to help families facing serious illness and disabilities. They provide support that enables families to maintain a sense of normalcy and hope, even during the most difficult and challenging times.
I am asking for your support to help us reach our fundraising goals for Bike4Chai and Chai Lifeline. Your contribution, no matter how big or small, will make a difference in the lives of families like Bayla and Sruly’s who are facing unimaginable challenges.
